Day out @ Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

frozen yogurt wt seeds, nuts & mashmallows
On one of my foodie adventure with my cousin NS, we stopped by the famous talk of the town yogurt outlet  , the Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt at Ampang Putra Residensi after playing tourist in the city centre. Tutti-frutti come from Italian word - all fruits - which is a colorful confection containing various chopped fruits, and when combined created a simulating flavour of many different fruits.
At Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, there were arrays of different kinds of chopped fruits, seeds, nuts, mashmallow amongst others. But of course the star is the frozen yogurt in all imaginable flavors and colors. It was hyped that Frozen Yogurt is a healthy alternative to ice cream. Enough "educational" informations.

confusing dispensing time!
Upon entering the outlet, walk to the yogurt dispenser and make a quick mental observation and appease your yogurt desire by choosing the flavour most tantalizing to your taste buds. Then, choose your desired cup size. NS and me chose the smallest cup size, since I am NOT a yogurt fan on all count! Dispensing the yogurt into our cup was an adventure by itself. Reading the instructions over and over again. It was quite a disappointment to me, since there were three outlet workers chit chatting and seems oblivious to our predicament. Least they could do were to offer some help, since there were bound to be first timer to even attempt to have a spoonful of their so called famous Frozen Yogurt.

Anyway, moving on, we chose our toppings of some seeds, nuts and a dash of chocolate fudge. The cups were put on a shinning weighing machine and we paid about RM25++. We were given lollipop like sweets and we find a nice corner to devoured our frozen yogurt. The chairs and table were very comfy and very Acepaizah's friendly.

great ambiance wt vibrant colors
our tutti frutti adventure
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Nevertheless, I may not visit again (especially this outlet) since I am not fond of yogurt, frozen or otherwise. Notwithstanding the above fact, I did managed to finish my cup of frozen yogurt, may be its due to the fact that I play safe by dispensing the Vanilla flavoured frozen yogurt and topped it generously with chocolate fudge! So, on Acepaizah scale it earned a decent 7 for taste and flavor, 8 for its nice comfy ambiance and 5 for the unfriendly service. To be fair, on another occasion the outlet at Ukay Boulevard were exceptionally friendly and polite though I only had Black Tea!
